We are looking for warm, confident and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Jewellery & Client Experience Advisor.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences and growing alongside an independent Singapore brand.

Commencement Date: Late September 2026 onwards

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm and genuine manner
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
• Share product knowledge and brand stories confidently
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and online
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
• Assist with customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and email
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and daily store upkeep
• Support store events, launches and promotional activities
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver a consistent brand experience

Who We’re Looking For

We’re less concerned about years of experience and more interested in attitude and potential.

• Are confident communicating in English (Mandarin is a bonus)

• Take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences

Retail, hospitality, luxury, beauty or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
