Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on renovation and interior fit-out projects.
• Assist Project Managers with project planning, site coordination and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compare prices and prepare basic cost analysis.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.
• Coordinate procurement, materials and delivery schedules.
• Prepare material samples and sample boards for client approval.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works.
• Maintain project documents, records and filing.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Building or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, interior fit-out or project coordination.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge and able to make simple drawing amendments.
• Basic knowledge of renovation and M&E works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and PDF software.
• Good coordination, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
