We are hiring Event Crew to support an upcoming conference at Fairmont Singapore . We are looking for reliable and service-oriented individuals to assist with guest services and event operations.

Rate of Pay : $12 per hour

Dress Code:

• Black collared shirt

• Long black pants

• Black covered shoes

Team A – Event Crew

Working Schedule:

30 August: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hours)

31 August : 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist event guests

• Guide guests to designated seating areas

• Support business matching sessions

• Attend to general guest enquiries

• Provide basic event support and coordination

• Assist with other event-related duties as assigned

Team B – Client Assistance

Working Schedule:

27 August : 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Online briefing (1 hour) – 2 positions

29 August : 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM – Physical briefing (1.5 hours) – 2 positions

30 August : 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours) – 2 positions

31 August : 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM (5.5 hours) – 2 positions

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients and event guests

• Support event operations and activities

• Attend to general enquiries

• Assist with event coordination

• Provide operational support to the event team

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented

• Responsible and punctual

• Able to work all the days according to the stated schedule for each team

• Able to follow event procedures and instructions

• Previous event, hospitality or customer service experience will be an advantage but is not essential
