Job Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the required timeline.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, claims and deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and HR databases.
• Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB-related payroll submissions.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, payslips and supporting documents.
• Check payroll calculations and investigate salary discrepancies.
• Respond to employees' basic payroll and salary-related enquiries.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding payroll documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
• Support HR administration and other payroll-related tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR/payroll software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Salary: RM3,000/month

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
