• Develop, monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Analyse quality issues from production and QC and implement effective improvement / countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Set up a new model process line and ensure smooth process transfer.
• Support continuous improvement intitiatives and cross - functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or related field.
• Strong Problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Mandarin Speaker only - Mandatory.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
