Role Description The Visual Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in our Kuala Lumpur HQ. This role is responsible for creating visually appealing in-store, window displays and visual communication assets that reflect the Clarks brand, current trends, and promotional campaigns.

Daily tasks include planning and implementing merchandise layouts, refreshing displays in line with new product arrivals and weekly style drops, and maintaining consistent visual standards across stores in the SEA market.

The Visual Merchandiser collaborates closely with store management, team members and all support departments to drive sales through effective product presentation and supports customer service by ensuring the store is attractive, organized, and easy to navigate.

The role also involves monitoring commercial performance, gathering feedback on visual initiatives, and adapting displays to align with local customer preferences and seasonal activities.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with store teams and clearly present visual merchandising concepts.
• Experience in retail environments, with an understanding of fast fashion, footwear, apparel or accessories and in-store operations.
• Solid customer service skills, with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience through engaging visual displays.
• Sales awareness and the ability to link merchandising decisions to sales performance and key product priorities.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining window displays that reflect brand guidelines and attract customer attention.
• Demonstrated visual creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for fashion trends and styling.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including flexibility for peak trading periods, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience in craphic and visual merchandising is required; vocational training or certification in visual merchandising, fashion is an advantage.
