Job Summary
You will support sales and marketing teams by processing sales orders, managing customer communications, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors to enhance satisfaction and engagement
Process and register sales orders accurately and follow through to ensure timely delivery
Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries
Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing teams to facilitate daily operations
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team goals
Research and compile information for reports and presentations as requested to support decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
Customer service-oriented mindset to engage and assist clients effectively
Ability to provide administrative support efficiently to maintain smooth workflows
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
Strong communication skills and teamwork to collaborate with colleagues and clients
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,400.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days work)
