Your Impact
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are at the frontline of our business — bridging customers, commercial teams, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
This role goes beyond handling inquiries. You’ll play a key part in shaping customer experience, leveraging data and systems to drive improvements, and ensuring every interaction strengthens trust and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Manage End-to-End Orders
– Process customer orders, revisions, returns, and exchanges while coordinating closely with Operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
Handle Customer Inquiries with Excellence
– Respond promptly to questions on products, billing, and services, including issuing debit and credit notes
Build Strong Customer Relationships
– Create positive interactions, build rapport, and foster long-term customer loyalty
Drive Process Improvements
– Analyse feedback and service trends to identify gaps and implement enhancements
Track & Report Performance
– Compile and present reports on key customer service metrics to support decision-making
Optimise Workflow
– Manage schedules and allocate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Requirements
Diploma / Degree qualification
Proficient in ERP system
Experience or knowledge in meat processing operations is an advantage
