Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers.
• Assist sales team with technical matters.
• Handle customer enquiries and product issues.
• Gathering market information and provide ideas for improvement
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Visit potential customers for new business
• Conduct product trials and follow up with customers.
• Assist in product development and improvement.
• Prepare technical and sales reports.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Good knowledge of food products and applications.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel
• Able to work independently and as a team.
