Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Finance, Payroll & Visa Processing Executive is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, payroll administration, and employee visa and immigration processes. The role ensures compliance with financial regulations, payroll accuracy, and immigration requirements while providing administrative support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external service providers
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee payroll records
Calculate salaries, overtime, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
Generate payroll reports and respond to employee payroll inquiries
Source & Manage for internal hiring
Visa & Immigration Processing aliasing with MDEC
Manage work permit, employment visa, and immigration applications.
Prepare and submit visa documentation to relevant authorities.
Monitor visa expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
Maintain accurate employee immigration records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
Assist expatriate employees with relocation and visa-related matters..
Support HR and administration functions as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance, payroll, and/or immigration processing.
Knowledge of accounting principles, payroll systems, and immigration procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting and payroll software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations, and immigration requirements
Work Experience with SME’s
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Has done payroll using Infotech
Has experience managing Employment Passes under MDEC
