• Handle and coordinate import and export shipments from booking until final delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, agents, suppliers, transporters, customers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Arrange vessel bookings, container arrangements, trucking and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), House Bill of Lading (HBL), Delivery Order (D/O), invoices, packing lists and other relevant documents.
• Monitor vessel schedules, ETD, ETA, transshipment and shipment status, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure all required documents are submitted correctly and on time.
• Follow up on customs approvals, permits, cargo releases and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide updates regarding shipment status, charges and operational matters.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for smooth handling of shipments at origin and destination.
• Ensure shipping documents and operational records are properly maintained and filed.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, documentation discrepancies and other operational matters promptly.
• Ensure all shipments are handled according to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
