Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods according to delivery schedules.
• Ensure quantities match Delivery Orders (DO) during loading and unloading.
• Check the vehicle’s condition and safety before journeys.
• Help drivers find delivery locations.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Liaise with the sales coordinator team for any changes to daily routes.
• Obtain clients’/customers’ signatures as proof of delivery.
• Ensure safe handling of products and adherence to safety procedures.
• Act as a ground guide for the driver when required.
• Collect and receive returned items from customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior/Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work as a team and follow instructions.
• Preferably with some experience in logistics/delivery (but not mandatory).
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Location: Bestari Jaya
Working Hours: 8am - 6pm
