Responsibilities
Rightmen Security Services is seeking an experiencedOperation Executive to join our team in our downtown Tanjong Pagar office. Asan operation executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth andefficient running of our security services operations. This is a full-timeposition offering a competitive salary and a range of excellent employee benefits.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the daily operations of our security services, including deployment of guards, incident response, and coordination with clients
Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and service delivery
Managing and supervising a team of security officers, providing training, guidance and performance feedback
Liaising with clients to understand their security requirements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Preparing operational reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
Supporting the senior management team in strategic decision-making and business development initiatives
What we're looking for
GCE 'O' or 'A' Levels, or a Diploma in any field. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and employees
Thorough understanding of security industry regulations and best practices
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work on weekends and public holidays if needed
A valid PLRD license is required
Personal transport is not mandatory
