Job Summary
Manage and oversee financial accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, financial statement preparation, internal audits, and cash flow management to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections
Prepare and analyze financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to support financial reporting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient funds for daily business operations
Assist with cost accounting activities including inventory valuation and cost control to optimize expenses
Provide support during month-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Experience in Full Sets Accounting is advantageous
Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage pressure within tight schedules
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Show active teamwork and willingness to learn
