Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily food manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily food manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules

Manage and allocate production workers effectively based on production requirements to optimize workforce utilization

Monitor food preparation, production processes, machinery operation, and packaging to maintain consistent quality and efficiency

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and schedules are consistently met through active oversight and process adjustments

Monitor raw materials, ingredients, and production inventory to maintain adequate supply and reduce waste

Train and supervise production workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety, and workplace safety to uphold compliance and operational excellence

Coordinate with maintenance teams promptly to resolve equipment and production issues, minimizing downtime

Monitor production output, quality, and productivity using performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports to inform management decisions

Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene requirements to meet regulatory and internal standards
