Job Summary

Support office operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, assisting management with meetings and reports, coordinating events and logistics, handling bookkeeping, and liaising with auditors and departments for account matters.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain filing systems, document control, and track office supplies to ensure efficient office operations
• Manage incoming mails, calls, and visitors to facilitate smooth communication and reception
• Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, invoices, and company files to support compliance and reporting
• Assist management in preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations to enhance decision-making
• Coordinate company events, deliveries, and logistics to ensure timely and successful execution
• Record daily financial transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts to maintain accurate bookkeeping
• Support preparation of monthly reports, petty cash management, and GST/sales reports for financial oversight
• Liaise with auditors and internal departments to resolve account matters and ensure audit readiness
