Compulsory Skill Requirement
Candidates must have hands-on facial treatment experience.
The candidate should be able to confidently perform common facial procedures and understand basic skincare principles, skin conditions, facial products and treatment protocols.
Candidates without practical facial treatment experience may not be suitable for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in beauty, facial, aesthetic, wellness, slimming, spa or related industries.
- Hands-on facial treatment skills are compulsory.
- Experience in customer consultation and treatment sales is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable explaining and recommending treatment programmes and packages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service and sales oriented.
- Able to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Willing to learn new aesthetic and wellness treatments.
- Able to work in a target- and performance-driven environment.
- Able to work independently as well as within a clinical team.
Responsibilities
About the Role
Westwood Clinic is looking for a Wellness Consultant to join our growing aesthetic and wellness team.
This role is similar to an Aesthetic Consultant, but the scope is broader. The Wellness Consultant will be responsible for consulting customers on suitable aesthetic, facial, wellness and preventive-care treatments, based on their individual needs and treatment goals.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with both customer consultation and hands-on treatment delivery. Facial treatment experience is a compulsory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations to understand customers' concerns, needs and wellness goals.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans, packages and products based on customers' requirements.
- Introduce and explain the benefits, process and expectations of aesthetic and wellness treatments.
- Perform facial treatments and other approved wellness treatments according to company SOPs.
- Assist doctors and the clinical team in the delivery of selected wellness and aesthetic treatments where required.
- Follow up with existing customers on treatment progress, appointments and continuation of treatment plans.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and improve customer retention.
- Identify opportunities for customers to progress into suitable facial, aesthetic, wellness or preventive-care programmes.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the consultation and treatment journey.
- Maintain proper customer records, treatment information and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and treatment materials are properly prepared and maintained.
- Follow company standards on hygiene, treatment protocols, customer safety and service quality.
- Achieve individual sales, treatment and customer-service KPIs established by the Company.
- Participate in product, treatment, wellness and sales training organised by the Company.
- Keep updated on new aesthetic, skincare, wellness and preventive-care treatments offered by Westwood Clinic.
- Work closely with doctors, consultants, therapists and branch management to provide an integrated customer experience.
