About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support for a medical education and residency training programme. You will work closely with Programme Directors and coordinators to ensure the smooth running of training programmes and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for matters relating to the training programme
Provide administrative and coordination support to Programme Directors and coordinators
Assist in organising meetings, teaching sessions and programme activities
Prepare reports and collate data for assessments
Coordinate and ensure timely submission of documents and information
Maintain accurate records and programme documentation
Support programme accreditation requirements
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with events and education-related activities
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above
Administrative or programme coordination experience
Experience in programme coordination or administration is an advantage
Meticulous, organised and responsible
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Resourceful, adaptable and willing to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
