Job Summary

Support the effective management and administration of the Company's land and property assets by overseeing statutory compliance, maintaining asset records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and administrative support for the Company's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Company's land and property portfolio, ensuring accurate records, documentation, asset information, and proper filing systems are maintained.
• Coordinate statutory matters, including assessment, quit rent, and other land-related obligations, ensuring timely payment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update land, property, title, ownership, and asset records and databases.
• Manage post-sales administration, including sub-sale transactions, ownership transfers, purchaser enquiries, and coordination with purchasers, solicitors, the Finance Department, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist the Manager in liaising with authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders on land, property, and asset administration matters.
• Prepare payment requisitions, verify invoices, and coordinate payment processing for asset management and administrative expenses.
• Coordinate Management Corporation (MC) and Joint Management Body (JMB) matters, including company representation, AGM/EGM administration, and related documentation.
• Perform any other asset management and administrative duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management, Land Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in asset management, property administration, land administration, corporate estate operations or related industries is preferred.
• Clear competence interpreting land titles/legal drawings & good knowledge of land documentation and property administration processes.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local languages.
