About the role

The Nurts is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help build and grow strategic relationships across retailers, partners, and the B2B ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys storytelling through pitches, and has a growth mindset with a commercial lens.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship and partnership deals

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners

• Develop compelling partnership proposals aligned with brand and campaign goals

• Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and deliverables

• Own revenue targets for events (e.g. The Nurts Day, school tours, campaigns)

• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and brands

• Work closely with Ops and Marketing to ensure smooth execution
