Job Description :

• To plan and execute project activities and ensure the projects are completed on time within budget and acceptable quality standard.

• To manage / project details and carry out briefing and setting out with the site project team, subcontractors / suppliers to meet project quality, time and budgetary parameter.

• To coordinate with and direct sub-contractors / suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with agreed / good workmanship.

• To coordinate with Contract / Quantity Surveyor /Purchasing & Logistic / Account Department on material procurement, delivery & collection and claims.

• Being multi-tasking on any other ad hoc work assignment that may assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma / Degree in relevant industry

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Familiar with MS Office and MS Project.

• Excellent planning skills for monitoring project plans and schedules.

• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.

• Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to details.
