As we continue to expand our product offerings, we are looking for a strategic and analytical Buyer / Product Executive to manage product sourcing, vendor relations, and inventory performance.

The Role As our Buyer / Product Executive, you will oversee product management and purchasing strategies for specified IT product categories (e.g., PC hardware, laptops, peripherals). You will collaborate closely with top tech distributors and brand partners to source the latest products, negotiate optimal pricing, and manage stock levels to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and procure computer hardware, laptops, components, and accessories from vendors, distributors, and manufacturers.

• Negotiate pricing, rebate structures, payment terms, and stock allocations with suppliers to maximize profit margins.

• Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and sales velocity to prevent stockouts while avoiding overstocking or aging inventory.

• Set retail pricing strategies, analyze competitor pricing, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

• Manage purchase orders, track shipment schedules, and resolve stock receipt or billing discrepancies with suppliers.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate new product launches, bundles, and seasonal promotional campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, IT, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, product management, or procurement, preferably within the IT hardware or consumer electronics retail sector.

• Strong understanding of current PC components, hardware market trends, and pricing dynamics.

• Solid negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage for vendor liaison).
