We are a patient-focused General Practice (GP) clinic looking for a responsible and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a healthcare environment and have a caring and positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
• Register patients
• Assist with patient enquiries and front desk duties
• Chaperone the doctor during consultations when required
• Assist the doctor with basic clinical procedures
• Dispense medication according to the doctor’s instructions
• Process payments
• Submit insurance, Medisave, and CHAS claims
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
• Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Willing to work evenings/weekends
