Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, business development and marketing activities.
• Build candidate pipelines using internal and external databases.
• Stay updated on recruitment and market trends to provide effective hiring solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes.
• Interested in both recruitment and business development.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
