Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional and personalized service for all customers.
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in products and in-store promotions, while effectively cross-selling to customers.
• Manage inventory as necessary.
• Assist with any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• GCE "O" Level and/or Nitec certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for the fashion industry.
• Ability to commit to weekends and/or public holidays.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
