Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop suitable technical strategies around SSE, CASB, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical workshops for both technical users and senior business stakeholders.

• Lead and support Proof of Value (POV) engagements, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer requirements and contribute to successful technical outcomes.

• Design and recommend SSE and DLP solution architectures, including high-level solution designs and supporting technical documentation.

• Prepare detailed responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and other technical proposal requirements.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer environments, cybersecurity requirements, and potential risks or gaps.

• Support account planning and sales strategies by translating technical capabilities into clear business value for customers.

• Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing to internal sales teams, field teams, and channel partners.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, competing solutions, market developments, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity presales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of SASE environments, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.

• Familiarity with Security Service Edge (SSE) platforms, preferably solutions such as Netskope, SkyHigh Security, Versa Networks, or comparable technologies.

• Good understanding of major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Proven ability to develop solution architectures, prepare technical proposals, and conduct effective product demonstrations.

• Strong presentation, communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable engaging both technical stakeholders and senior management or business decision-makers.

• Self-motivated, well organized, and capable of managing customer engagements independently.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH, AZ-500, or equivalent are advantageous
