Plan work sequences, deployment of manpower, and material use to hit production goals.
Inspect workmanship to ensure alignment, precise measurements, and finish quality.
Enforce workplace safety rules and proper maintenance of tools and machinery.
Train junior staff and resolve technical fabrication problems
