Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop master construction schedules, work sequences, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee site operations for MRT stations, tunnels, deep excavations, or road underpasses.
  • Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
  • Coordinate interface issues with utility providers (SP Group, Singtel).
  • Lead progress meetings with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Monitor project financials, cost control, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and subcontractor contracts.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports for upper management and stakeholders
  • Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH/MOM) regulations and LTA safety targets.
  • Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
  • Identify engineering and operational risks early to prevent project delays
