Brief Summary:

Join an innovative team as a Network Operations Specialist, where you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing network performance. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Tier-1 network monitoring and operations in a shift-based rotation, ensuring continuous service availability.
• Respond promptly to network alarms and faults, escalating issues to tier-2 engineers as necessary.
• Execute network break fixes including switch replacement and link repair in collaboration with IDC technicians.
• Conduct routine network maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and share daily monitoring summaries and operational insights with the team.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Degree or diploma in relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data center network monitoring and operations.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible work ethic, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in network troubleshooting and familiarity with Linux preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/JNCIA are advantageous.
