Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development.

Drive culture development, learning & development (L&D), and employee engagement initiatives.

Provide HR advisory on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.

Manage HR policies, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide insights through HR analytics to support business decisions.

Collaborate with regional/global HR teams on HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8 of HR experience, with proven HRBP / HR Manager experience.

Experience in Data Centre, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or MNC environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices.

Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Must be able to work in Cyberjaya
