• Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation complies with local regulation and bank standards, across scheduled & unscheduled reviews for varied client types and risk classes

• Monitor and track KYC records; assist with action plans for expiring records to prevent past-due status

• Escalate suspicious product usage (AML perspective) to senior management promptly

• Support KYC efforts per AML KYC Ops procedures

• Conduct client identification, verification and screening

• Validate customer information (address, employment, PEP/SPF/Sanctions connectivity) via existing records or approved third-party sources; perform enhanced due diligence including negative news and social media checks based on findings

• Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence on customer accounts and documentation

• Send outreach requests to RM/Outreach teams for missing information

• Maintain quality standards of 90%+ on KYC reviews

• Escalate technical/procedural issues to managers for guidance

• Ensure Quality Control (QC) review is completed prior to submission; resolve any discrepancies flagged
