Requirements
- Aged between 20 to 35.
- Beauty apprentice with a strong passion for skincare are also welcomed; full training will be provided.
- Sales-oriented, positive attitude, attentive to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent personal grooming, skin-conscious, with a pleasant and welcoming appearance.
- Able to work on weekends and certain public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments, manual extractions, and operate basic facial equipment independently.
- Conduct skin analysis, explain procedures, pricing, and recommend suitable packages or products to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle appointments, follow up with existing clients via WhatsApp/calls, and build strong relationships to improve retention.
- Maintain a professional image, uphold service standards, and ensure all equipment and supplies are clean and well maintained.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
