Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Tampoi. The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The role includes coordinating employee benefits, supporting performance management activities, and handling routine personnel-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will also help implement HR initiatives that support employee engagement, compliance with labor regulations, and alignment with company culture and values.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting daily HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently.
- Experience in Personnel Management, such as maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and attendance processes.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Tampoi, with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software, and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Understanding of local employment laws and regulations; prior experience in manufacturing or technology environments is an advantage.
