Performance Marketing Executive / Senior Executive

Salary: RM4,000–RM5,500/month

About Us:

Adeve Digital is a digital advertising and growth team working with established businesses across Southeast Asia.

We manage meaningful ad budgets across DTC ecommerce and lead generation, with a focus on strategy, creative, and business outcomes over campaign metrics alone.

Job Description :

• Manage, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Work across both DTC ecommerce and lead generation accounts
• Monitor budgets and performance across multiple accounts
• Analyze performance and turn data into clear recommendations and next actions
• Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, campaigns, offers and funnels
• Work closely with our Creative Strategy team to translate performance data into better-performing creative
• Identify and troubleshoot tracking, attribution and campaign issues
• Think beyond platform ROAS and understand the broader business metrics driving performance

Job Requirements :

• 2–4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Working proficiency with Google Ads
• Hands-on DTC ecommerce experience
• Shopify experience
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and attribution
• Must have worked on an ad account with monthly spend of at least RM10,000
• You don’t need to have independently led that account, but you should be comfortable operating within it
• Comfortable independently managing and optimizing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with ecommerce metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR and AOV
• Able to explain the thinking behind your decisions rather than simply following an SOP
• High ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Southeast Asian markets
• Experience managing both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns
