About the role

Supervise and monitor outlet construction and renovation works on-site, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, designers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and specifications are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor outlet construction and renovation works on-site

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, and internal teams

• Ensure project timeline, quality, and specifications are met

• Track project progress and report updates to management

• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company requirements

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring

• Support outlet handover and ensure readiness for operations

• Travel between sites when required

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, renovation, or project supervision

• Experience in F&B outlet projects is highly preferred

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects

• Good communication skills in BM and English

• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel

• Responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented

• Mandarin language required
