Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Georgetown for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will oversee food preparation and cooking in their designated section, ensuring high culinary standards. Responsibilities include ensuring ingredient quality, managing junior kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. You will also assist in menu development and the efficient operation of the kitchen during busy service periods, contributing to the restaurant's reputation for exceptional steaks.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation.
• Experience in kitchen operations, including teamwork, leadership, and supervising junior staff.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen maintenance standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and innovate for menu development.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for high-quality culinary arts, particularly in handling premium beef and steak preparation.
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role is preferred.
