Aemulus’s NPI Development group is looking for a world-class Product and Software Engineer with a passion for building and managing robust solution based ATE systems. We operate at incredibly fastpaced business and are making exciting innovations across a wide range of services including Analog, Digital, Timing, RF and System Integration. We’re looking for someone who can contribute in depth to at least one of those areas and we believe by hiring best talent with a diversity of perspectives, ideas and is excited by the prospect of working on the leading edge technology will empower the growth hence deliver truly amazing products and services to our users.

• Work closely with Aemulus R&D team, Sales and Marketing team, to acquire key specification on new technology and future products that plans to release to the market and roadmap.

• Provide support in studying product design, assessing product application for new product, defining characterization plan and analysing new product’s performance.

• Work on defining test software programming, test algorithm, test methodology development for new product from conceptual stage, until readiness to deployment at manufacturing.

• Work with Product Development team during tester integration’s development and demonstrate fluency in the applying different characterization test and calibration methodology.

• Provide technical validation on hardware performance and ensure new product is able to meet design expectation, and meeting with R&D and Sales and Marketing team on defining technical collateral such as datasheet.

• Work closely with Application Engineer to provide technical engineering support in feasibility study, assessing customers’ new requirement, and provide post-sales support and solutions.

• Work closely with Production Engineering team on product’s knowledge transfer, interactive demonstration and provide training to the Production team.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Electrical, Electronic, RF Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of complex electronic schematics, including RF, analog, digital and closed-loop systems.

• Experience in test and measurement or product development.

• Knowledge of C# or C++ programming.

• Experience in hardware testing, validation and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Malaysian citizen.

Good to Have

• Experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) systems or semiconductor testing.

• Experience developing test software, test algorithms and test methodologies.

• Knowledge of RF, analog, digital, timing or system integration.

• Experience with hardware reliability testing and preventative procedures.

• Experience in product characterisation, calibration and performance analysis.

• Experience working with R&D, Application Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Production Engineering teams.

• Experience providing technical support, feasibility studies or post-sales solutions to customers.
