Coordinate and manage assigned vessel port calls, ensuring timely execution of all agency services and operational requirements.

Liaise with port authorities, terminal operators, and relevant stakeholders on vessel berthing schedules, planning, and operational activities.

Coordinate and arrange all necessary documentation and statutory clearances with relevant authorities before vessel arrival, during port stay, and prior to departure to ensure smooth port operations and minimize delays.

Monitor vessel operations throughout the port stay and promptly respond to operational issues, follow-up actions, and enquiries from principals and relevant parties.

Attend and board vessels when required to facilitate operational matters and provide agency support.

Arrange and coordinate Cash to Master (CTM) requests, including the secure handling and delivery of funds on board vessels.

Source and recommend suitable contractors or service providers for goods and services required by principals, including obtaining and submitting competitive quotations when necessary.

Ensure all vessel operational activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company procedures, principal requirements, and applicable port regulations.

Verify, monitor, and follow up on port disbursement accounts, vendor invoices, and related billing matters.

Consolidate and maintain daily vessel movement reports received from terminals and depots.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required by the Group.

Maintain effective communication and coordination with principals, vessel masters, port authorities, service providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Perform any other operational duties, responsibilities, or ad hoc assignments as directed by the superior or management from time to time.
