Requirements
Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA(M) or equivalent.
MIA membership is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in group financial reporting and consolidation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of MFRS/IFRS.
Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and relevant statutory requirements.
Strong understanding of group consolidation and corporate finance functions.
Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management, auditors, regulators, bankers and external advisors
