Responsibilities
- Greets visitors, find out the nature and purpose of visit, direct them to specific waiting area and inform the relevant staff of the arrival of visitors.
- Receives incoming mails, record and distribute to the respective departments.
- File and maintain records.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
