About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance team in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This internship provides valuable exposure to real-world finance operations and hands-on experience in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring fixed assets including CAPEX, disposal and asset movement verification

• Key in purchase invoices into the accounting system accurately

• Compile and organize supporting documents for payment processing

• Check and verify online bills and invoices

• Assist with credit control and tracking outstanding payments

• Support inventory adjustment and stock verification activities

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills
