We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the overall F&B operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high food quality and hygiene standards, and an excellent dining experience for our patients, visitors and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Manage F&B staff performance, manpower deployment, scheduling and service standards.

• Monitor food quality, inventory, costs and operational expenses to achieve cost efficiency.

• Work closely with internal departments, suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless F&B operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and overall patient satisfaction.

• Oversee menu planning and kitchen operations to ensure meals meet the required quality and dietary standards.

• Analyse F&B financial performance and reports, and implement appropriate cost-control measures.

• Establish and monitor operational controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team to maintain high standards of service excellence and professionalism
  

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B operations or hospital catering.

• Strong knowledge of F&B menu planning, staff deployment and kitchen operations.

• Ability to interpret and analyse financial reports related to F&B operations.

• Experienced in designing, implementing and monitoring operational controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and possess good computer skills
