-Provide Leasing Department all M&E provision for each unit lot upon request on a timely manner.

-Source and solicit quotations from registered contractors for any extra landlord provisions required by Leasing Department for the new tenant.

-Liaise with all the appointed contractors to ensure all landlord provisions for the tenant to meet the standard set and the targeted date and time.

-Ensure that all Purchase Request (PR) are raised and approved by all relevant authorities before submission to the Operation Admin Officer for further processing.

-Liaise with the new Tenant’s interior designer (ID) and main contractor on all M&E structural renovation requirements upon receipt of information from the Legal Department.

-Review and revert comments on M&E structural drawings submitted by the Tenant’s ID and main contractor within 2 working days.

-Conduct fit-out briefing to tenants/ contractors prior to commencement of fit-out work.

-Conduct daily inspection and photo taking of all renovation or restoration sites and to prepare and distribute weekly reports to relevant personnel.

-Monitor and control all Fit-Out activities to ensure full compliances specification and requirements (drawings, safety & security guidelines, fit-out guidelines, policies and procedures, etc).

-Highlight any non-compliance and or anticipated work delay during renovation period to all relevant authorities for immediate remedial actions to be taken.

-Organize and conduct follow-up inspection to ensure closure of any recorded non-compliances identified during the ceiling closure and pre-opening inspections.

-Monitor and control all renovation and restoration works to ensure on time business opening and empty unit lot return by the out-going Tenants.

Requirement(s) :

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related industry.

• At least Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent.

• Knowledge of  AutoCad software. 

• Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking tenants.

• Applicants should be independent, pro-active, result-driven, market oriented with good communication skills, able to complete the task within timeline given.

• Able to work in a team and good coordination with other department.
