We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Interior Creative Designer to join our team.

We keep up with the latest industry trends and provide professional AIHome software training.

What You Will Do:

• If you’ve got a keen eye for workspace design and always have your finger on the pulse of industry trends, then we want to hear from you.

• Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.

• Present and propose concepts to each clients according to their desired needs.

• Attend meetings and liaise with customers. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.

• Propose suitable construction materials, color scheme, materials needed, carpentry work.

• Work closely with team to create scope of work and define projects.

• Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.

• Analyze and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.

What You Will Need:

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketching, 3D Max, Intericad, SketchUp, AIhouse

• Candidates must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Architecture or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer as well.

• 5 years experience are required.
