Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our lubricant, industrial, and transformer oil products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Manage existing customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Promote and present company products to customers and prospects.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Sales experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial, transformer oil, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
