Bertam Resort, Penang, Malaysia is looking for an experienced and commercially driven AEM to lead our resort operations.

MUST HAVE

- 15+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry

- 5+ years’ experience with Marriott-based brands – MUST

- Strong full-spectrum hotel/resort operations experience

- Strategic and revenue-focused mindset

- Strong focus on customer/guest experience

- Proven ability to motivate, lead and drive teams to achieve results

- Strong commercial, leadership and problem-solving skills
