The F&B Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional dining and event experiences across the club’s food and beverage operations. This dual-role position involves overseeing day-to-day service in the F&B outlets (70%) while supporting banquet and event operations (30%). The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Member Experience &Service Excellence (Outlets – 70%): Provide a warm, professional, and personalized greeting to club members and their guests in all F&B outlets.
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
- Deliver hospitality that reflects the club’s service standards, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
- Follow the club’s service sequence and protocols to ensure a consistent and polished dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation to confidently guide and recommend to members.
2. Banquet & Event Support (30%):
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising banquet and event services, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with the events team and kitchen staff to maintain service quality and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure banquet setups, table arrangements, and presentation standards align with club expectations.
- Support during events to provide exceptional guest service and address any operational challenges efficiently.
3. Operational Efficiency &Cleanliness:
- Supervise setup and resetting of tables, service stations, and work areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in both outlets and banquet areas.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed, ensuring alignment with club standards.
- Regularly check and replenish table settings, condiments, and necessary service items.
4. Teamwork &Communication:
- Lead, motivate, and collaborate with F&B staff, kitchen teams, and event coordinators for smooth service delivery.
- Participate actively in team briefings and contribute positively to internal communication.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding service concerns, operational improvements, and event requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational or event-related tasks as required to support the overall success of club dining and events.
