YEARN is looking for Teppanyaki chefs with genuine hands-on Teppan experience and strong front-of-house performance skills.

We are not simply looking for someone who knows how to cook. We are looking for someone who can combine technical skills, timing, and the overall guest experience.

You will be responsible for one of our three Teppan stations, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality dishes efficiently during peak hours. Your movements, confidence, energy, and interaction with guests will also play an important role in enhancing the brand experience.

We are looking for someone who is confident in an open kitchen, precise and efficient in their movements, and highly conscious of hygiene and safety. You should also be willing to work with an entrepreneurial team to continuously improve our kitchen processes and guest experience.

 Full-Time Teppanyaki Chef – Now Hiring at YEARN

Pre-Cook (Prep Chef)
Salary: $3,000 – $3,200
Salary will be offered based on relevant working experience.

Line Cook
Salary: $3,400 – $3,600
Salary will be offered based on relevant working experience.

Chef de Partie (CDP)
Salary: $4,100 – $4,300
Salary will be offered based on relevant working experience.

Sous Chef
Salary: $4,900 – $5,100
Salary will be offered based on relevant working experience.
