Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Read specifications and drawing or follow verbal instructions
Set up machines with appropriate tools, dies, and materials. Operate bending machines
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Train and mentor junior machine operators
Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, Professional Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing best practices
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
Willingness to work shifts as needed
