• 1 year contract
• Basic $1800 - $2400 + $200 site allowance
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm
• Jurong Island. Company Transport provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative Functions
• Scan, organize, and archive laboratory documents and records
• Update and maintain data logs, spreadsheets, and databases
• Sort and manage instruction manuals and technical documentation
• Perform filing and retrieval of records in accordance with internal protocols
• 5S & Housekeeping Duties
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lab and administrative areas
• Implement and uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)Dispose of lab waste in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Simple Laboratory Testing
• Conduct basic physical tests
• Record and report test results accurately
• Ensure proper handling of samples and testing materials
• Support lab technicians with routine tasks as needed

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical related studies
• No experience required. Training provided.
